Medfit offers free returns and exchanges on all orders made at wearmedfit.com or the distributor’s store within 15 days of the purchase. Only items that are faulty or sent incorrectly will be returned. Please make sure a written record of valid reason must be provided for return or exchange within 24 hours when the product is received. Custom, oversize or hazardous items cannot be returned. Used items will not be recognized as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, emit, body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
Shipping charges that differ from city to city and country to country are applied as per weight. The calculated charges are shown on the final review of your order page before you pay for the belongings. The final delivery charges will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s). If it is different from the charge shown on “the final review of your order” page, you will be informed of the final delivery charges.
