Returns & Exchange Policy
If you received a defective or wrong product or quantity, please email us images of the product at [email protected] or call us at 03354633348 within 72 hours of delivery.

We accept returns for damaged or defective products. We also accept returns if you do not like or want the product, but only if the name is not engraved.
Yes, you can make purchases as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to save your shipping information, track your orders, and access exclusive offers.
We assure quality and color fastness. If the color bleeds, we accept returns. Our products do not pill and have professional stitching.

- After receiving your order, we will add name engraving if requested and pack the product.
- We will send you notifications through email.
- We usually use Daweoo (doorstep delivery) or M&P for peripheral areas, and Pakistan post is used for deliveries outside major cities.
Note: Delivery time for non-engraving parcels is 2-5 days, for engraving orders it is 4-7 days, and for customized orders it is 12-16 working days.
Yes, you can place an order on our international website. We do not take international orders through our Pakistan website.
Our courier delivery partners will make 2 attempts to deliver your parcel. If you have missed both attempts, your order will be cancelled. Your payment will be refunded within 10 days of order cancellation, and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement
Unfortunately, the address cannot be modified after the order has been processed because your order has already been dispatched.
Your Order ID is used to identify your Order, while your Tracking ID will be sent to you after your order has been dispatched. You can find your Tracking ID in our Track Your Order page or through our courier partner.
